Not much happening on the Anne front.
Did laundry, went to the grocery store, and miraculously got a bit of work done today.
E-mailed a lady about being a roommate for the Fall. Kim had forwarded her e-mail to me, I am slightly dubious about the whole thing, but it could work out great, we'll see.
Also finished Instant Mix #10 for
girlmusic and I shall put it here as well for your viewing convenience.
It's been a while since the last, so it's time for another Instant Mix®. Same drill as always, these are songs available for free somewhere on the internet and I have compiled them into a sampler of sorts. All links are right click and "save as" unless otherwise noted. And as always, links to past mixes are included at the bottom, but the old links cannot be guarenteed as in many cases the sites are no longer around or the links have been removed. Enjoy.
1) Loquat - "Swingset Chain"
2) Heartless Bastards - "Onions"
3) The Gossip - "Standing In The Way of Control"
4) Kristin Diable - "Black Plague and Dynamite"
5) The Kills - "Ticket Man"
6) Thao Nyugen - "Feet Asleep"
7) Laura Burhenn - "Helicopters" (left click)
8) Clare Burson - "Love Me In The Morning"
9) Jenny Lewis - "Melt Your Heart" (left click)
10) Nethers - "O The Deed"
11) Bunky - "Chuy"
12) Adrianne - "Into the Girl"
13) The Icicles - "Snowman Song"
14) Laura Veirs - "Songs My Friends Taught Me"
15) Anais Mitchell - "Two Kids"
16) The Sounds - "Painted By Numbers" (left click)

Date: 2006-06-05 02:23 am (UTC)I've been a fan since 'Til Tuesday released their first album. I'm oooold haha. I can remember riding in the back of my dad's car on the way back home from my first job (which he got me, the bastard, but that's another story haha) having spent part of my first paycheck on 'Til Tuesday and the Hooters albums.
Years ago i lost all my lps (1000+) and have been behind ever since. As far as Aimee goes... i have all her stuff, but i there's this one song from the last 'Til Tuesday ablum called "The Other End of the Telescope" i can't find anywhere.
