I just got back from a quick trip to the grocery store and on my way down the huge hill I live on top of my car spun out. It's never happened to me before, it really scared me. It's been raining all day today so I am sure the road was just slick, and seeing as how it's a steep curving hill, it's bound to happen sometime, but it had never happened to me before. My car spinned sideways and hit the curb on the other side of the road pretty hard, I was worried there'd be damage. I stopped at the bank parking lot at the bottom of the hill to check, but there wasn't a mark.
Thank goodness there wasn't anyone coming up the hill at the time or there definitely would have been an accident. I took the route through town instead of the highway because I was scared of the on-ramp and spinning out again, but I got to the store fine and took the highway home, so I guess all is well.
