Pumpkin Cookies

Becky came over and we decorated cookies tonight. Becky was more interested in eating them than decorating them though, so a bunch were eaten, and a bunch were broken so they just got some orange icing and sprinkles and will be eaten as random blob shaped cookies...none of the turkeys survived. it's fitting for Fall cookies, as turkeys don't survive the Fall, hah. Here are a few of the ones that didn't break or get eaten in the process...

Last night my brother bought me a horse!



I, of course, chose the chestnut mare because it was the only one listed as a mare. Gotta have female solidarity while kicking ass.

It's so ass cold today. Seriously, yesterday it was in the 60s, the day before it was almost 80 and the high today was in the 40s! Good lord, and I do not have many heavy coats here. I am going to freeze body parts off...hopefully nothing I really need.

I e-mailed my brother about George Lucas making a surprise guest appearance on last night's Colbert Report, he hadn't heard about it...he's going to watch the re-run tonight, I am anxious to hear what he says.

Got some thesis work done today. I wrote my opening remarks...but this is the easy part.
